This insurance policy provides a lump sum benefit upon the first diagnosis of covered internal cancer, and may help ease the burdens associated with treatment

Base Plan Key Benefits
- No hospitalization is required, the plan pays upon first diagnosis of internal cancer
- Choice of benefit amounts: $10,000; $20,000; $30,000; $40,000; $50,000 ($40,000 and $50,000 not available in Georgia; In SC, minimum $25,000 individual/$50,000 family)
- Guaranteed renewable, as long as premiums are paid when due

- Helps ease financial burdens in the event of cancer diagnosis
- pays in addition to other coverage
- Guarantee renewable
- Policy can be continued if an employee changed jobs
- One rate regardless sex
- May select at issue, benefit amounts from $50 to $300 for hospital confinement for covered treatment
